Một thời điểm khởi hành được bảo đảm chỉ khi khách hàng đã xác nhận đăng ký theo thời điểm khởi hành đó (việc đăng ký phải bao gồm tối thiểu một khoản tiền đặt cọc được thanh toán để được xem xét “đã xác nhận”). Sự bảo đảm này vẫn sẽ căn cứ vào các trường hợp Bất khả kháng.
CÁC TRƯỜNG HỢP BẤT KHẢ KHÁNG
Vietnam TravelMart không chịu trách nhiệm trước khách hàng về những thay đổi hoặc hủy bỏ vì những lý do khách quan và chủ quan như: Động đất, núi lửa, bão gió, chiến tranh, đình công, biểu tình, khủng bố, rối loạn chính trị..Các giải pháp hoặc đền bù (nếu có) sẽ phụ thuộc vào Nhà cung cấp dịch vụ liên quan. - PASSPORT

- TOUR PRICE
- ● All tour prices are made in Vietnam Dong (VND). Payments in other foreign currencies will be converted into Vietnam Dong (VND) at the current exchange rate.

- ● The information and prices on this website are not ‘live’ and are updated from time to time. Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of information and prices, but unfortunately occasionally errors do occur. - PAY
- All tours or services must be paid in advance unless otherwise stated. We accept payments by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and JCB cards.
- Please ensure that you have provided us with accurate credit card billing information. If you do not provide the correct credit or debit card billing address and/or cardholder information, ticket issuance may be delayed and total charges may increase. We reserve the right to cancel tickets after issuance if payment is refused or if you have provided incorrect credit card information. In addition, we also reserve the right to do random checks (including voter lists) to minimize credit card fraud.
- Vietnam TravelMart will not collect your credit card details. The information you provide will be absolutely secure in the technical system according to global technology security standards (SSL) of MasterCard and Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Techcombank) when you make payment by credit card.
- ISSUANCE OF PAYMENT VOUCHER
- After payment, Vietnam TravelMart will send a confirmation/payment voucher via email or fax: this voucher must be printed as proof of purchase, and will be presented to the Service Provider.
- All visitor information must be provided accurately at the time of registration.
- All requests for amendments/additions must be sent via email to Vietnam TravelMart
- Vietnam TravelMart is not responsible for any problems that may occur if you do not receive or read your confirmation/voucher carefully. In case you have not received the payment voucher, you need to notify Vietnam TravelMart at least 72 hours before the scheduled service delivery date.
- SERVICE CANCELLATION AND REFUND PROCESS
- Cancellation of all services by tour participants must be sent and received in writing: email or fax. Vietnam TravelMart does not accept requests to cancel services over the phone.
- Vietnam TravelMart is not responsible for any service cancellation requests that have not been received and have not been reconfirmed with you. In this case, cancellation or tour cancellation fees will apply.
- COMPLAINTS AND REMEDIES
- If a customer has a complaint to Vietnam TravelMart, the customer must first notify the tour leader as soon as possible to resolve the complaint. If customers are not satisfied, they can contact Vietnam TravelMart’s (sales) representative during the tour so that Vietnam TravelMart has the opportunity to fix the problem. If customers are still not satisfied through those channels during the trip, customers need to send all complaints directly to info@vntm.com.vn within 10 days from the end of the trip. The Company will not accept any responsibility for complaints received after this deadline.
- PROMOTION
- Tours/tour packages/products traded using promotional codes cannot be canceled and are non-refundable.
