REGULATIONS ON PROTECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
• Pursuant to Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection dated April 17, 2023 of the Government;
• To process customers’ personal data in accordance with the law to support and provide services to customers;
Now, Vietnam TravelMart Joint Stock Company promulgates Regulations on protecting and processing personal data of Vietnam TravelMart customers.
ARTICLE 1: CUSTOMERS CONSENT TO VIETNAM TRAVELMART PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
To support, provide services, and experience for Vietnam TravelMart’s customers in the best way and in accordance with the law, Vietnam TravelMart needs to process customers’ personal data. However, the processing of customers’ personal data is only carried out with the customer’s consent.
ARTICLE 2: PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED
The customer understands, acknowledges and agrees that Vietnam TravelMart is authorized to process basic personal data and sensitive personal data of the customer, the customer’s authorized persons and other related parties of the customer, If provided or contacted by Vietnam TravelMart, including personal data updated, modified, supplemented from time to time, including:
• Basic personal data includes: Full name, date of birth, gender, place of birth, permanent address, contact address, nationality, photos, phone number, email, documents identification, information about digital accounts, personal data reflecting activities, history of activities in cyberspace, other information and data associated with individuals or helping to identify a specific individual and Other information and data as prescribed by law; and
• Sensitive personal data according to Clause 4, Article 2 of Decree 13/2023/ND-CP.
ARTICLE 3: PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
The customer agrees and confirms that the customer’s personal data stated in Article 1 of this Agreement are processed for the following purposes:
• Authenticate and identify customers
• Contact to provide product and service information for customers to register for membership and take care and support customers during use (such as calling; sending emails,…).
• Provide travel services to customers.
• To issue invoices and documents according to legal regulations.
• Follow the request of the competent State agency.
ARTICLE 4: ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS WHO MAY PROCESS PERSONAL DATA
The customer accepts that the processing of the customer’s personal data is carried out by Vietnam TravelMart to process the personal data.
ARTICLE 5: PROCESSING METHODS OF PERSONAL DATA
The customer agrees that the customer’s personal data is processed by any means according to Vietnam TravelMart’s policies from time to time, including but not limited to, collection, recording, confirmation, storage, modify, combine, access, retrieve, retrieve, encode, decode, copy, share, transmit, make available, transfer, use cyberspace, devices, electronic media or other forms of domestic or foreign transfer of personal data, deletion, destruction and other related actions.
ARTICLE 6: START AND END TIME OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
Vietnam TravelMart begins processing personal data from the time it is provided until receiving a written request to end processing personal data from a competent State agency or authorized customer. decide to withdraw consent after the customer has completed the procedures prescribed by law or according to Vietnam TravelMart’s applicable policies from time to time.
ARTICLE 7: CUSTOMER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS REGARDING PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
• Customers have the right to provide, access, correct, delete personal data, withdraw consent to the processing of personal data, restrict or object to the processing of their personal data, except in cases where The law provides otherwise.
• Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate personal data as requested by Vietnam TravelMart to facilitate member care and support.
• Customers have other rights and obligations according to the law.
ARTICLE 8: MEANS AND TOOLS FOR MEMBERS TO EDIT PERSONAL DATA
Customers who wish to edit their personal data should contact Vietnam TravelMart via Email: info@vntm.com.vn or Phone number: 18001735 for support.
ARTICLE 9: OTHER COMMITMENTS ON PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
During the process of processing personal data, Vietnam TravelMart and related parties will apply necessary and appropriate technical, security and confidentiality measures to protect customers’ personal data. However, customers understand and acknowledge that no technical system or security measures are absolutely safe and that online transactions, cyberspace and other forms of personal data processing are always Potential risks arise, including but not limited to data being leaked, distributed, exploited, or appropriated. In this case, the customer agrees that Vietnam TravelMart and its related parties do not have any responsibility to the customer and the customer’s related parties (if any).

ARTICLE 11: IMPLEMENTATION PROVISIONS

• Contents not mentioned in this Regulation will be implemented in accordance with the law.
• In case of a dispute (if any), the parties prioritize resolving the dispute through negotiation. In case the negotiation fails, they have the right to request a competent Court to resolve it according to the law.
